We would love for you to get involved and experience the true joy in giving back.

Our Story

In the summer of 2018, six-year-old Payton decided she wanted to have a lemonade stand. That small, altruistic idea has grown into a community helping thousands of children facing hardships.

Our Mission

The mission of Payton’s Lemonade Stand is to empower the next generation of philanthropists through kids serving kids who are facing medical, personal, and financial hardships.

Our Goals

To teach children altruism and philanthropy. To sweeten the lives of children going through medical, personal and economic hardships. To involve the community in giving back.

Host A Stand

Gather your sports team, your group of friends, your neighborhood, a local business or even just yourself and host a stand!

Payton's Pals

Payton’s Pals have been instrumental in raising funds for Payton’s Lemonade Stand. We couldn’t do this without their invaluable help, support and dedication.

The trees have been fluffed, the lights are now twinkling and the tags have been hung! 36 trees have been delivered and decorated and we can’t wait to see the gifts come in! We are helping SO MANY kids and teens this year - those in foster care, those in the hospital, those experiencing homelessness, and those whose families simply cannot afford Christmas. πŸŽ„πŸŽ

If you can’t grab a tag, you can always donate online, donate via Venmo, or shop our Amazon Wishlist and have it sent right to us!

Help us make the holidays a little bit sweeter for kids in our community!

We had the great pleasure of being able to support a new friend of ours tonight and wait until you hear her story - it`s one you`ll want to read! Mary Pat works at the College Hill Campus of CCHMC. She works with youth who need both inpatient/outpatient care for significant behavioral health issues. Many of these youth come from extremely broken homes and arrive to her with very little clothing to call their own. This can be especially heartbreaking when they leave (many to a foster home) with nothing to take with them. Imagine the lack of self worth they must feel.

Mary Pat took it upon herself and created a thrift store within the College Hill facility that is stocked with brand new items (i.e. sweatshirts, sweatpants, pajamas, socks, underwear, bras, etc.) that is run by the patients themselves, how cool is that? Mary Pat uses her own time and money to fundraise outside of her working hours so that she can keep the thrift store stocked. She does this all outside of work! πŸ’›

When we heard her plea, we knew we needed to help! You`ll find that many of our giving trees this year have items on them that will help stock the thrift store. Many are adult sizes because they are for the teens. So many teens need us this holiday season (from many different organizations we`ll be supporting) and we`re going to make sure they get taken care of in a big way! πŸ‹β

We snuck into her fundraiser tonight and were able to present Mary Pat with a $500 gift card to Lane Bryant so she can shop for brand new bras for the teen girls, many of whom don`t even own one. She says the confidence these young girls exude when they are given a brand new bra will bring tears to your eyes.

We are so proud of you, Mary Pat! We can`t wait to see what we collect for you so you can help the teens who need it most.

We are simply over the moon to finally be able to share something we`ve been recently working on. We teamed up with our partner, Matthew 25 Ministries, and Josh Emerson from Neusquire and created a video capturing the impact that our Community Serving Kids Program has had on kids and families here locally.

We hope you`ll take a quick two minutes to watch and see just how impactful and needed this program is. And, when you choose to give this holiday season, we hope you`ll consider giving to Payton`s Lemonade Stand so that we can continue to do the important work that we do. πŸ‹πŸ’›

Payton's Lemonade Stand

Payton's Lemonade Stand sweetens the lives of children facing medical, personal or economic hardship

Our Board of Advisors (and Grammy!) spent the morning doing what has become a favorite tradition of ours, preparing and serving a meal for the families at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati. πŸ’› These families are facing the unimaginable as they experience some of their hardest days in a city that, for many, is hundreds of miles from home. You can see the exhaustion on their faces and the sadness in their eyes, yet they still come through the line with so much gratitude for another delicious meal they don’t have to purchase or prepare. πŸ‹

Experiences like this are always great reminders of how lucky we are to be waking up each morning in the comfort of our own home surrounded by family and friends. Many of the toys we collect this holiday season will be donated to RMH so that they can restock their toy closet. A toy closet that provides so much happiness to kids who are facing medical hardships. 🎁

Thank you so much from the family you served today at the RMH . Thanks for all you guys did and sharing your beautiful story with us ❀️❀️

Hi there Payton, My name is Alanya, & I am totally a fan of what you do! All I wanted to say was you are a very kind & inspiring person! Also, I actually have been to the Ronald McDonald house in Cincinnati! I used to be part of a Girl Scouts troop at st James school white oak & we served ice cream there to families in need when I was in the 3rd or 4th grade. And the other thing was I wanted to say was that I picked a tag off the small Christmas tree at the white oak coffee house and knitted a teen scarf for someone in need! It’s made with red heart super saver striped yarn. If you are ok with it make sure to post a picture for whoever gets it! It’s black, blue, neon green, pink, purple & red stripes! I just wanted to give you a shoutout, & have a great week

Such an amazing place! Thank you for your support of them!
