As much as we were saddened to hear that there was a need for more heartbeat bears, we were honored to be able to donate another 100 bears to Cincinnati Children`s Hospital Medical Center just a few weeks ago. As you may recall, these bears have a device inside of them that is able to play a recorded heartbeat. It holds tremendous value to the family who has to say goodbye and allows them to keep a piece of their child with them as they prepare for a life without them ๐ โ

The music therapy budget doesn`t allow for staff to make a bulk purchase of these bears which means some families may not be given the luxury of being gifted one depending on inventory. With this donation, every family faced with the circumstance of saying goodbye, will be gifted a bear with their child`s heartbeat inside.โ

So, when you visit a stand near you this Saturday, or maybe you`ll donate online instead, remember that you are supporting incredibly impactful donations such as this one that happen all year round. ๐โ
